Open to collaboration

0→1 product leader, founder, and workflow simplifier.

I build B2B SaaS products from ambiguity: finding real customer problems, designing systems around them, and shipping — fast.

Products I've shipped

A decade of 0→1 builds across AI, healthcare, fleet SaaS, and fintech. Each is a deeper case study — problem, role, what I did, and the outcome.

What I do

Product leadership across the whole 0→1 arc

From first customer interview to launched product — strategy, design, and the data underneath it.

Product Management

Defining direction, running continuous discovery, and shipping 0→1 launches — from first principles to product–market fit.

UX & Product Design

High-fidelity prototypes and design systems that turn fragmented processes into one coherent, simple product surface.

Data & Systems Thinking

SQL, analytics, and a feel for the data and workflow patterns underneath messy operational problems.

Customer Understanding

Deep workflow analysis and user research — 80+ interviews this year alone — translated into roadmap and requirements.

About

I'm a product leader who likes the hardest, messiest parts of the problem.

Over 10 years in tech — 6 of them in product management and design — I've led 7 products from 0→1. I specialize in B2B SaaS with complex workflows, regulated industries, and integrations, increasingly with AI at the core.

I started my career launching products at a software consultancy, scaled product at a fast-growing fleet SaaS ($150M→$850M), led product as the first product hire at an early-stage healthcare startup, and then founded my own AI company. The through-line: customer discovery first, then turning what I learn into simple, scalable product.
