Context & problem
Net Partner Services needed a centralized platform to streamline account management and automate financial workflows across multiple banking and management systems — while staying secure and compliant.
Off-the-shelf tools couldn't fit their process, so we built a custom internal application around a Plaid integration.
What I did
- Drove discovery, wrote requirements, owned UX, and led delivery as product lead.
- Designed swift data processing with validation and integration tooling.
- Specified workflow automation to remove repetitive financial tasks.
- Designed a centralized control dashboard for monitoring and metrics.
- Built in cybersecurity and regulatory-compliance protections throughout.
