Founded and built a B2B SaaS application that centralizes customer research and translates messy qualitative data into go-to-market strategy.

Context & problem
Product managers drown in unstructured customer input — interview notes, call recordings, surveys, scattered docs — and struggle to turn it into something structured enough to actually shape a roadmap.
Intervool is the system of record for customer discovery: a place to capture qualitative input and have AI do the heavy lifting of synthesis, so founders can make decisions instead of re-reading transcripts.
What I did
- Founded the company and owned product end-to-end: vision, strategy, design, and build.
- Shipped AI features end-to-end — a chat copilot, a thematic analysis engine, and an interview-extraction pipeline that converts unstructured qualitative input into structured outputs.
- Ran continuous discovery, conducting 80+ user interviews to guide and refine the product.
- Designed the GTM motion alongside the product, since the product itself is about doing GTM well.
Outcome & impact
- A working AI product that takes founders from raw interviews to structured, reusable insight.
- A continuous-discovery practice (80+ interviews) feeding directly into roadmap decisions.
